I’m not shortlisted for Backup Administrator interview at GSK? WTF?

To my suprise, I’m not shortlisted for the above position, really shocked to death since I do fulfill all their requirements.

It has past 2 weeks since I go for the first interview with them, which is a language interview and technical interview, I passed all the question flawlessly, it’s my daily job what, of course I know what I am doing. The first section will be language test, some grammar and vocab test, second section will be technical test, which roaming around Netbackup and storage question. I answered all the question with ease, bare in mind I’m not over confident, I know what I was doing because that is my daily routine. Come to third section will be face to face interview with the Technical Manager. A young Chinese guy, probably between 28-30, approached me and we headed to meeting room. I was informed that there will be no video conference with Hiring Manager from UK since that fella got infected by flue, so have to quarantined.  Read more...
